Productivity tools are built for work or individual use and lack the flexibility and simplicity to do both. They’re all single-point, requiring you to juggle multiple applications to find what you need.
We built Fabulist knowing there’s a better way.
If you’re looking for a powerful and simple tool to help facilitate getting things done, you’re in the right place. Read on to learn how to make the most of Fabulist.
Groups
Groups are the foundation of Fabulist and where work gets done. Best of all, it can be used across all areas of your life
- everyday teamwork
- special projects
- sports teams, volunteer group organization
- household grocery lists, projects
- personal to-dos, goals, reminders
We built groups to be lightweight and easy to navigate. All team members in a group can see and edit any content within the group.
Say goodbye to constantly inviting people to every piece of content you create. Say hello to actual collaboration.
Lists
Lists are the heart and soul of Fabulist. We wanted lists to be simple, intuitive and familiar. But we also wanted lists to be powerful, so we baked in the power of an enterprise project management tool.
Create lists to easily track ongoing work, project tasks, ideas, or anything else you need.
Use headings to create sections and drag-and-drop tasks to stay organized and evolve as things change.
Chat
Chat is a key part of Fabulist, not an afterthought. You will experience something new through the synergy of team, content, and conversation.
Our core design principle: accentuate the signal, cut the noise.
Team members have access to browse all chats on any content throughout the group, but at-mentions notify only those team members who are participating in the conversation.
Because yeah, we’re tired of all of the notifications we get in Slack and the never-ending struggle to clear your unreads, filled with things you don’t care about.
Notes
We’ve built notes with rich text, formatting, and concurrent editing – list like Google Docs.
Events
Each group has a calendar with all events within the group. Anyone can add, update, or remove events and you can send out invites to monitor attendance.
Try it out!
We’ve taken only the best features, filled the gaps, and created something refreshingly usable. No one has built the perfect app yet.. but we’re trying.
Try Fabulist and let us know what you think!
